André Becker

“After graduating from high school and completing a voluntary social year, I knew that I wanted to learn a trade. An apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at BENTELER gave me the opportunity to leave Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and gain new experiences. I was particularly excited about the chance to spend time abroad during my apprenticeship. This allowed me to spend three months in the USA, where I was able to grow both professionally and personally.”

Celine Kaimann

"Even when I was at school, I knew that I wanted to do something manual later on. Training as a process engineer at BENTELER gave me the chance to develop my creativity and manual skills and gain experience in a wide variety of areas. The opportunity to work directly on a new project after completing my apprenticeship was particularly valuable. This has given me the chance to gain new experience – both with colleagues from my apprenticeship and with new team members who already have a wealth of knowledge and can teach us a lot."

Robert Gauzel

“After graduating from high school, I initially began studies in mechanical engineering to gain some initial insight into the theory. However, I realized that I would prefer to work in a more practical field. That’s why I decided to pursue an apprenticeship as a process engineer at BENTELER. The opportunity to spend three months in the USA during my apprenticeship and gain international experience was particularly valuable to me.”
