Training process
The easiest way to apply online is through our jobboard. Simply choose the apprenticeship that fits you and upload your documents directly.
You’ll need your résumé, last two school reports and - if available – certificates or proof of internship. If you’d like, feel free to include a cover letter. It adds a personal touch and helps us get to know you a bit better right from the start.
Acceptable file formats: DOCX, PDF, image, and text (MSG, PPT, and XLS file formats are not acceptable for resumes or cover letters)
Tell us why you’re interested in the apprenticeship, what excites you about BENTELER, and what makes you who you are. We want to get to know you — so share what motivates you and what you’re most looking forward to.
Once we receive your application, we carefully review your documents. You’ll then receive an email with login details for our online assessment test.
If you pass the test, we’ll invite you to a personal interview — your chance to show us who you are and why you’re a great fit for BENTELER.
You’ll usually hear from us within one to three weeks. During school holidays it may take a little longer, but don’t worry — we’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.
Absolutely! An internship isn’t required. However, it can help you find out whether the job is the right fit — and it also gives us an early sense of your strengths.
Just come well-groomed and dressed in something you’re comfortable in. You don't need a suit or a or formal clothes. The key is to look neat and authentic — showing us that you take the interview seriously while still being yourself.
