Do you have questions about the apprenticeship with us?

No problem – here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about applying, the apprenticeship process, and your future at BENTELER. And if your question isn’t listed? No worries! Just reach out to us directly. We’re happy to help.

Application and selection process

You can simply apply online via our website Apprenticeship | BENTELER. There you’ll find all current apprenticeship positions. Simply choose the one that fits you and click "Apply now" to get started.

Please note: We only accept applications via our jobboard – applications by post or email unfortunately cannot be considered.

You’ll need a motivation letter, your résumé, and at least your two most recent school reports. If you’ve completed internships or have certificates – perfect! Upload them as well. They help us understand your experience and strengths.

Acceptable file formats: DOCX, PDF, image, and text (MSG, PPT, and XLS file formats are not acceptable for resumes or cover letters)

Once we’ve received your application, we review your documents. If everything is complete, you’ll receive an invitation to our online test, which you can take from home within a two-week period. If you impress us with your profile, we’ll invite you to an in-person interview – and if it’s a good match on both sides, you’ll soon be starting your apprenticeship at BENTELER!

Absolutely! You can apply even if your final report card isn’t available yet. In that case, simply send us your most recent mid-year reports. You can upload your final certificate later if we need it.
