At our Technology Discovery Days, you’ll experience firsthand just how exciting the world of technology and Industry 4.0 can be. Try out different stations, explore various technical fields, and find out what sparks your interest. Our trainers will be there to guide you and answer all your questions about training opportunities at BENTELER.

Experience technology live!At our Open House, our trainees, dual students, and trainers show you what training at BENTELER is all about—and they do it with plenty of action. If you love technology (or want to give it a try), you can jump right in: build your own bottle opener or grill tongs and have them engraved on the spot. And the fun continues: trainee-developed highlights like the Tic-Tac-Toe goal wall, air hockey, or the popular BENTELER Rally are waiting for you. The best part? Every year, the rally comes with seriously cool prizes. Just stop by, join in, and enjoy!

Getting hands-on while still at schoolAfter 16 successful years of “SchuBS – School and Company on Saturdays,” with over 1,000 participating students, we launched its successor project in 2024 together with our partner GPDM: “Technology? Let’s go! The concept keeps everything that worked—and adds exciting new elements. The goal: to give young people the chance to explore technical and practical skills in a professional environment.
In "Technology? Let’s go!" you’ll work on your own small projects that are specially prepared for students. Over 13 Saturdays, you’ll get hands-on insights into metalwork, electrical and control technology, robotics, and modern 3D printing at our Training & Development Center. You’ll also take part in key career-orientation modules such as team training, skills assessments, mock interviews, and company visits – everything you need to make confident decisions about your future.
And because parents play an important role in this process, they are also invited to information sessions and discussions.
