Teambuilding

Team and Skills Training
Shortly after the new training cohort begins, all first-year apprentices from across Germany come together at our Training & Development Center in Paderborn for our Team & Skills Training.
There, you’ll not only be officially welcomed—you’ll also get your first real insights into the BENTELER world through exciting introduction sessions from our specialist departments. And of course, the fun part is just as important: every year brings special highlights such as the competition for the best cohort logo, great teambuilding activities, and plenty of surprises.
